Amplicom™ USA, a manufacturer and distributer of quality, innovative telecommunication products and accessories for the hard of hearing, has announced its partnership with Hearing News Network (HNN). The two companies will embark on a nationwide campaign to stream digital video content educating patients on Amplicom products in offices of hearing health care professionals.
"In today's digital environment, we must be creative in how we can effectively reach our consumers," says Michael Abramowitz, Amplicom USA's president. "What better way to educate the hard of hearing community on our products than to connect with them in their Hearing Professionals waiting room?"
HNN installs flat-screen digital panels at the offices of hearing health care professionals throughout the U.S. Each panel displays the weather, RSS news feeds and educational information on products geared for the hard of hearing. Amplicom products to be displayed include amplified telephones offering custom tone and volume control, wireless wrist shakers that even work in the shower or in the yard to signal incoming calls, and alarm clocks with wireless under-the-pillow vibration pads, available in analogue or digital versions.
"We are delighted at the opportunity to work with Amplicom," says Brad Dodson, business development director for HNN USA and ClearSounds. "This partnership enhances the already dynamic content we provide hearing care practices so they can communicate more effectively with their patients."
